For domestic orders, our return policy allows you to send back items within 30 days of the date you receive your items for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fee .A 15% restocking fee will be applied to ALLreturns. Contact customer service within 30 days of the receipt of your order. All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
If an item is being returned due to an error we made in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.
For international orders, the 7 day rule applies, however, as we are unable to create RMA labels for international returns and exchanges, you would need yourself to arrange and pay for returns for a refund of the item value paid (and place a new order if an exchange is desired).
Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, we do not want you to be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction, so it is important for you to contact us so that we can arrange proper reimbursement.
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.
We will refund you for your returned item(s) as soon as received.
